Lori Felker

Filmmaker, teacher, programmer, and performer. She has worked as a cinematographer, editor, and actor, programmed for the Chicago Underground Film Festival and Slamdance, and was a projectionist at the Gene Siskel Film Center. Her films have screened at Slamdance, the New York Film Festival, Palm Springs, Rotterdam, Oberhausen, and Montreal. She lives in Chicago and is an associate professor at DePaul University. She has taken part in Message to Man twice: with I Can’t (2019) in the experimental film competition, and with Patient (2023) in the International Competition.
