Isabella Eklof

She graduated from the Danish Film School as a director in 2011. As a screenwriter, Isabella has co-written the script for “Border” (Ali Abbasi, 2018), winner of Un Certain Regard at the Festival de Cannes. This work earned her nominations for European Film Awards and Guldbagge Film Awards. Isabella’s feature debut, “Holiday” (2018) competed at Sundance and won Bodil Awards in four nominations, including Best Film, the Grand Prix at the New Horizons Festival in Poland and others. Her second feature film “Kalak” (2023) won Special Jury prize and Best Cinematography prize at San Sebastian Festival. For television, she has directed episodes for “The Servant” and “Industry” series.
