Twin Peaks

The Twin Peaks section aims to take audiences up toward the highest achievements in world cinema, in substance and in form. In that sense, Red Rocks is a fitting emblem: teenagers storming inaccessible sea cliffs and rebelling against a grounded, ordinary life. Attempts at revolt and the temptations of conformity run through the plots of all four films, and their creators look for a “way up” together with their characters.
