Description
Melilla, a Spanish enclave in Morocco, is a land border between the African continent and Europe. In transit through the town, Malik and his friends, underage youths from Morocco, try to reach Europe by any means necessary. Day after night, they wander the city in every direction, exploring its most burning past and present, taking every risk to cross the barriers and climb onto the boats. Would they stay there, as if dead before they were born? Rather “burn the sea” than die before having lived.
