Born in 1985, he is an Argentine director and screenwriter, known for a distinctive filmography that blurs the line between documentary and fiction. His films have garnered international recognition and won numerous awards at various film festivals. The Castle (2023), an Argentine-French co-production, premiered at Berlinale and won the Horizontes Award for Best Film at the San Sebastián Festival, as well as Best Direction at the Hong Kong IFF, among other international accolades. His other works include A Robust Heart (2022), The Dread (2017) which received the IDFA Award for Best Film, and his debut film The People of the River (2012), which premiered at DOK Leipzig.
