Izabella Tarasova

St. Petersburg School of New Cinema, workshop of Artur Aristakisyan.
Born in 1987 in Leningrad, she graduated from the art history department at the Repin Institute in 2009. For 15 years, she worked as a tour guide and was involved in contemporary art exhibitions. In 2014, she was longlisted for the KuryokhinPrize as part of the Concept/Art/Confession Group. The group’s project titled Brain Fashion was exhibited in 16 cities across China and Russia. In 2022, Izabella graduated from the filmmaking course at the St. Petersburg State University of Film and Television.
