Description
On a full moon night, the young Najwa and the musician Mansour reach Beirut. They follow the trail of smugglers to join a woman on the other side of the sea. A few streets away, Selim, the old lighthouse keeper, tries to repair the electricity of his neighborhood.

About the directors:
Liana & Renaud
Directors, screenwriters. Liana grew up in the Lebanese capital city, Renaud in the French countryside. Educated in the 2000s through their respective videoclub, they meet in Paris in 2007. At the end of their studies, they buy a Aaton Super 16mm camera and move in Beirut. There, they start making shorts, written and directed by the two of them, between France and Lebanon. Their first full-length feature, The Sea and its Waves (2023), opened the Cannes’ ACID section.
