In the late 1980, the Detroit Red Wings hockey team decided to end their many years of defeat in the Stanley Cup. They invited players from the Soviet Union, changing the North American style of hockey as a result.
About the director: Joshua Riehl is a director, producer, and screenwriter. He was born and raised in the small city of Port Huron, Michigan. Since his childhood, he has been inspired by low-budget cinema in the style of Kevin Smith’s Clerks. He studied directing at University of Texas at Austin.
