Synopsis:
A story of elderly women from the provinces in search of meaning in their lives. Zoya lives in the city, but every day she has to go out of town to water her vegetable garden, which helps to feed her family. Despite her advanced years, she doesn’t complain and does not impose her unhappiness upon others. One day she meets Valery at a sanatorium, and an instant attraction forms between them. But they are afraid to confess their feelings — after all, they are around 70 years old. Pouring out her heart to her sister Elen, Zoya realises that this is true love. Can the couple find a way of being together, despite their preconceptions?
