About the director:
Anirban Dutta
A filmmaker, still photographer, and media educator based in Delhi, India. He set up the film company “Metamorphosis” in 2003. He has directed and produced several documentary films and created many photographic essays on diverse topics. In 2021, he participated in the EURODOC training program for creative producing.
Anupama Srinivasan
A filmmaker, film educator, and curator based in Delhi, India. An alum of Harvard University and Film and Television Institute of India, she has been making documentaries for the past two decades on themes like gender and education, often shooting and editing her own work.
Flickering Lights, the feature documentary that co-directed by Anirban Dutta and Anupama Srinivasan with received the Best Cinematography Award at IDFA international competition 2023.
