Description
Three meanings are attributed to the Korean word “miming”: lost and confused in the dark, unable to forget, and seeing things far and wide. Referring to these interpretations, the story is told of two people walking together through the changing streets of Seoul. Filmed over four years, it is the story about small transformations, and the marks of time can be seen not only in the actors’ bodies, but also in that other omnipresent protagonist that is Seoul. Like Truffaut or Linklater, Kim Taeyang reminds us that cinema is the best time machine that has been invented so far.
