Synopsis:
Jacob Janzen was arrested in 1938 and his family never saw him again. 80 years later, his great-granddaughter Maria Lotsmanova comes to the Federal Security Service (FSB) archive to find out his fate.
About the director:
Tatiana Stefanenko was born in Novosibirsk in 1982 and trained as a philologist. She then worked as a librarian, correspondent, and editor, and studied at the School of Documentary Films of Marina Razbezhkina and Mikhail Ugarov.
