Vincent Boy Kars
Vincent Boy Kars is a Rotterdam-based filmmaker and one of Dutch cinema’s most daring contemporary voices, known for his bold, hybrid documentaries that blend fiction and reality. A graduate of St. Joost School of Art & Design, he gained attention with My First Porn Film (2015) and his acclaimed millennial trilogy – Independent Boy (2017), Drama Girl (2020), and Future Me (2024) – which probe generational identity and existential angst through intimate, conceptual character studies.
