On the French Riviera, two gangs of kids compete in the perilous game of cliff jumping. Géo, barely five years old, discovers over the course of a summer a world where friendship blends with rivalry, and where the first stirrings of the heart emerge against the dazzling Mediterranean landscape.
About the director:

Bruno Dumont
Bruno Dumont is one of the most singular French filmmakers of his generation. A former philosophy teacher, he gained recognition early on with The Life of Jesus and Humanity, both awarded at Cannes. Since then, his work has continually reinvented itself, exploring with rare freedom both drama and comedy, the prosaic and the sacred. In 2018, he received the Golden Leopard for Lifetime Achievement at Locarno. Selected filmography Twentynine Palms (2003), Flanders (2006), Hadewijch (2009), Camille Claudel 1915 (2013), Slack Bay (2016), Jeannette (2017), Joan of Arc (2019), France (2020), The Empire (2024).
