Mike Naumenko was the leader of the Leningrad band Zoopark and one of the city’s key rock and roll figures. The film brings together Mike’s stage persona with everyday episodes, conversations and scenes from the musicians’ lives. A documentary portrait of the Leningrad music arena on the threshold of two eras.

Director, actor, screenwriter and producer. Born in Leningrad in 1944. He worked chiefly in documentary cinema. Among his films as director is Boogie-Woogie Every Day, about Mike Naumenko and his band Zoopark.
