Veronika Peat (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/message2man.com\/en\/films\/again-in-copenhagen\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Again in Copenhagen<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), Ksenia Burdinova (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/message2man.com\/en\/films\/leningrad\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leningrad<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) and Irina Kofova (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/message2man.com\/en\/films\/the-space-between\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the\u00a0space between<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) each explore human traces, memory, and the remembrance of individuals in distinct ways. In Veronika\u2019s film, an old photograph triggers recollection. Ksenia searches for heroes captured in random frames, set within a cinematic time that exists beyond past and present \u2014 where nothing can really pass or be considered \u201cthe present.\u201d Meanwhile, Irina documents traces of human destinies just before those traces vanish. Elizaveta Zharikova (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/message2man.com\/en\/films\/where-the-lights-dont-shine\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Where the Lights Don\u2019t Shine<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) invites viewers for a walk into the realm of the dead, eternally striving to touch the living. Lola Palmer (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/message2man.com\/en\/films\/journey-to-a-wonderful-world\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journey to a Wonderful World<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) then lifts us from the underground back into the sky, into an idealized, abstract world of color and form.
