Utopic Dystopia is a dark fairy tale about an ideal utopic society slipping into a dark dystopia. The film introduces a pure and untainted population discovering a perfect, fruitful place and interacting with it. The society begins being built through cooperative motivation driven by joy as the fundamental emotion. However as the space becomes crowded and animalistic tendencies emerge, the behaviour and motivation changes. Competition rises and the once pure mortals become territorial, protective and egoistic.
Real estate agent Angie tries to sell an upmarket house to a young couple, the Pinktons. The house has a dark past: its previous owners were murdered in it. Angie has to disclose the facts but to her surprise the Pinktons are more than happy to purchase the property.
Paul has an obsessive personality. When he finds himself completely infatuated with Claire, a girl that frequents the same cafe that he does, he is so entangled in working around his OCD that he fails to notice the most obvious thing about her.
Lionel’s boring life as a salesman in a lacklustre electrical appliances store is instantly revived when vibrant, quirky Beatrice wanders into his store, looking for a new vacuum cleaner. When this malfunctions, she asks Lionel to come over to her house to fix it. Lionel is bewitched by Beatrice and, in order Лионель очарован Беатрис и to see her again, he hatches the plan of breaking into her house to sabotage her household appliances.
A poor, homeless boy must do whatever it takes to survive.
"Heaven’s Not All That"
After waking up in purgatory, a man is tested as to whether or not he is fit for the afterlife. Along the way, he realises what really mattered to him in life, and all because of a sandwich.
Eve is a modern adaptation of Mark Twain’s final unfinished work ‘No. 44, The Mysterious Stranger’. Written during Mark Twain’s dark period after a series of physical, emotional and financial traumas, Twain worked on this novel for over 10 years.
When a string is struck and another is tuned to the same frequency it will vibrate in sympathy! Resonance… and what if this phenomenon was universal? Perhaps our loved ones would always be within range of our vibrations and our lost ones forever next to us.
