British musician Jim Kroft takes off on a trip across Russia in order to better understand a country whose image abroad has been presented in a negative light as of late. Jim decides to travel 15,000 kilometers alone on the Trans-Siberian Railway in winter. Along the way, he gives a concert in every city along the Trans-Siberian and is introduced to the culture and the locals.
About the director: Jim Kroft is a British director and musician who lives in Berlin. His film The March of Hope, released in 2018, was a part of 50 film festivals around the world and won more than 20 prizes.
